XL EagleOASIS+ (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus)
OASIS+ stands for One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus. OASIS+ is a family of governmentwide IDIQ contracts run by GSA for services, such as management consulting, engineering, logistics and facilities-related professional services. It replaced the original OASIS and OASIS Small Business contracts.
It has separate contracts for unrestricted, small business and several socioeconomic groups. Work is split into service domains, and agencies place task orders with holders in the right domain.
Why it matters to a small contractor
OASIS+ covers broad service work, including some facilities and logistics areas. Even if you do not hold it, primes on OASIS+ need dependable subs who can staff field work.

An agency needs logistics planning for a base move. It issues an OASIS+ task order to a holder, who hires a local trucking company to handle the hauling.

Is the old OASIS contract still used?
OASIS+ is the replacement. Orders placed under the old contracts may still be running out their terms, but new work flows to OASIS+.
