What we collect

When you send us a price on a government job, ask a question, or use the site, we may collect:

Your email address, phone number and company website.
The price and any notes you type into our forms.
Files you upload (for example a quote, a capability statement or your logo).
A hashed version of your IP address. We store the hash, not the address itself.
A per-tab session id used for funnel analytics, so we can see where people get stuck on the site.
On the search page, your approximate location. The page asks get.geojs.io for a city-level estimate based on your IP address so we can show contracts near you. We do not use GPS and we do not ask the browser for your precise location.

To build and submit your bid under XL Eagle's name, and to send you the confirmation and any follow-up about that bid.
To answer you when you ask us something.
To improve the site: which pages people read, where forms fail, and what people search for.

XL Eagle staff who prepare and submit bids and answer your messages.
The AI providers that help us write bid briefs. They receive the government's solicitation text only. They do not receive your name, email, phone, price, notes or files.
The government agency, when we submit a bid that includes your company as a subcontractor or supplier.

We do not sell your details and we do not share them with advertisers.

Lead records (your contact details, price, notes and files) are kept while the contract is open and for 24 months after it closes.
Site analytics events are kept for 12 months.
You can ask us to delete your records at any time by emailing info@xleagle.com. We delete what the law lets us delete and tell you what we had to keep, if anything.
