GSA eBuy. GSA eBuy is an online tool where agencies post requests for quotes and proposals to GSA schedule holders. Buyers pick which SINs or contract holders can see each request.
Only companies with the right contract and SIN can respond. Many eBuy requests never appear on SAM.gov, which is why schedule holders check it often.
Why it matters to a small contractor
eBuy is a hidden market for schedule holders. If you are not on schedule, your path in is teaming with a holder who can submit while you do the work.
Example
A federal agency posts an eBuy RFQ for carpet cleaning at three buildings. Six schedule holders respond, and the work is awarded within two weeks for $22,000.
