SEWP stands for Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement. SEWP is a governmentwide acquisition contract managed by NASA. It is used heavily to buy IT hardware, software and related services like installation and maintenance.
Agencies send requests to SEWP holders and get quotes quickly. The program has run in successive generations, and holders are chosen through competitions for each one.
Why it matters to a small contractor
If you resell IT equipment or do install work, SEWP holders often need regional partners and suppliers. Reach out to holders rather than waiting to win a seat yourself.
