Service callsTroubleshooting and repairs with 24-hour phone coverage; allow for two-hour emergency response and four-hour routine response.
PricingSeparate fully loaded maintenance price per visit for each site, hourly repair labor rate, and repair trip charge. Use estimated totals of 60 repair hours, 15 trips, and a fixed $4,500 parts allowance at MSRP/retail.
StaffingMaryland HVAC Master Technician owner/principal plus at least two additional licensed HVAC technicians; all work performed by your own employees. Inspect existing equipment before pricing.
