Hot water: Remove hydronic boilers and indirect domestic hot water storage tanks; install gas-fired domestic water heaters with associated piping connections.
Electrical: Provide and replace panels and disconnects required for the HVAC and plumbing modifications.
Phasing: Complete one cottage at a time; each cottage will be unoccupied during construction.
