Please quote the design and installation of mini-split HVAC systems with three outdoor units and six indoor units at Fair Hill Natural Resources Management Area, 350 Ranger Skinner Drive, Elkton, MD 21921.

Design: Include installation drawings and heating and cooling load calculations supervised by a Maryland licensed Professional Engineer.
Equipment: Use Mitsubishi or approved equivalents, with two concealed ducted units, two ceiling units, and two wall-mounted office units.
Heating: Provide cooling, humidity reduction, and cold-weather heating, with 50°F freeze protection in restrooms and dressing areas.
Installation: Include ducts, insulated refrigerant lines with exterior covers, drains, controls, remote room sensors, electrical connections from newly installed panels, and three concrete pads with outdoor unit stands.
Ventilation: Install three ducted exhaust fans for two shower areas and a janitor’s closet; shower fans must be Panasonic FV-1115VQ1, rated at 150 cubic feet per minute, with occupancy sensors and adjustable shutoff delays of at least 30 minutes.
Completion: Finish within 90 calendar days of authorization to start, including electrical inspection, owner’s manuals, cleanup, and a two-year materials and workmanship warranty.
