What they need

EquipmentSupply and install new air handlers with cooling coils and matching outdoor condensing units for a complete operating system.
Removal and ductworkRemove existing air handlers and unused ductwork; reuse existing return plenums and dorm ductwork. Provide galvanized duct transitions with 2-inch insulation.
Piping and drainageProvide refrigerant lines, reconnect existing gas lines without flexible connectors, and install primary condensate drains and emergency pans with visible overflow discharge.
Electrical and controlsReconnect 120V power to air handlers; provide a new panel, conduit, wiring, disconnects, and 480V power to condensing units, including connection to the existing backup-power transfer switch. Install thermostats in mechanical rooms with remote return-plenum sensors.
StartupEvacuate and charge refrigerant lines, provide refrigerant leak detection that disables the air handler, and verify proper operation. Outdoor units will sit on pads provided by the site.
