InstallationInclude associated ductwork, hydronic piping, insulation, electrical connections, and controls integration per the plans and specifications.
Temporary HVACReplace units sequentially, one at a time, with temporary 100% outside-air DX units, duct heaters, ductwork, power, and controls to maintain conditioning.
Occupied facilityLimit shutdown-to-temporary-startup downtime to five hours and maintain patient rooms at 70–78°F. Include required protective enclosures and site barriers.
Testing and scheduleInclude preconstruction airflow/water-flow verification, final testing and balancing, startup, and commissioning support. Substantial completion is required within 365 calendar days of commencement.
