MaintenanceAnnual equipment servicing, quarterly filter service and operational inspections, and seasonal boiler startup/shutdown. Include labor, tools, and equipment; identify filter and belt costs separately.
Repair coverage24/7 availability with emergency dispatch within 4 hours; routine calls acknowledged within 4 hours and scheduled within 2 business days. Coverage also includes associated radio tower, safety, and aviation locations.
PricingProvide an annual main-facility maintenance price, hourly rates for other-site maintenance and repairs, and a round-trip travel rate. Overtime is 1.5 times the regular rate; parts billed at cost.
QualificationsVirginia Class A contractor license, licensed journeyman HVAC technicians, and master HVAC supervision for repairs; personnel must pass background checks.
