EquipmentIncludes two McQuay AGZ080DHSNNER10 chillers, Lochinvar boilers, air handlers, rooftop/package units, mini-splits, VAV boxes, and pumps. Equipment inventory requires onsite verification.
On-call coverage24/7 availability with emergency technician dispatch within 4 hours; routine calls acknowledged within 4 hours and scheduled within 2 business days.
PricingProvide annual maintenance pricing, separate hourly mechanical and BAS rates, and a per-visit travel charge. Estimated annual quantities: 100 mechanical hours, 50 BAS hours, and 100 trips. Parts billed at cost; overtime at 1.5 times the regular rate.
QualificationsVirginia Class A contractor license, licensed journeyman HVAC technicians, and master HVAC supervision for repairs. Personnel must pass background checks and fingerprinting.
