QualificationsSchneider factory-authorized service contractor with a Virginia DPOR Class A license.
On-site maintenanceAnnual preventive maintenance priced for 170 technician-days over 12 months, including system inspections, controller backups, diagnostics, calibration, and service reports.
RepairsQuote a three-hour diagnostic fee and hourly rates for additional on-site maintenance, including travel and overhead. Replacement parts must be new OEM parts, priced at actual cost.
Remote maintenanceOne technician-day per week over 12 months to review the entire BAS, with monthly diagnostic reports.
Support and trainingOne technician-day per week.
UpgradesAbility to install and maintain EcoStruxure software, firmware, and components; the initial software upgrade will be scoped and quoted separately.
