Repairs24/7 emergency coverage with technician dispatch within four hours; routine calls acknowledged within four hours and scheduled within two business days.
PricingProvide an annual main-facility maintenance price, hourly rates for other-site maintenance and repairs, and a round-trip travel rate. Parts billed at cost; overtime at 1.5 times the standard labor rate. No fuel surcharges.
QualificationsVirginia Class A contractor license, licensed HVAC journeymen, master HVAC supervision for repairs, and personnel background checks with fingerprinting.
