Please quote janitorial services for six cabins and one lodge at Black Moshannon State Park, 4216 Beaver Road, Philipsburg, PA 16866, Centre County.
Units: Three regular cabins and three dog-friendly cabins; remove pet hair and other pet remnants from dog-friendly units.
Schedule: Clean Fridays from the second Friday in June through the third Friday in August, and after each checkout the rest of the year, including weekends and holidays as needed; cleaning hours are 10:00 AM–3:00 PM.
Routine cleaning: Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and mattresses; sweep and mop floors; dust furniture and fixtures; remove trash; clean porches and collect litter within 30 feet.
Deep cleaning: Clean twice yearly in late April and mid-October, including windows inside and out, screens, upholstery, cabinets, walls, ceilings, and behind appliances; typically four consecutive business days per round.
Supplies: Provide cleaning products and equipment; toilet paper, trash bags, and light bulbs are supplied onsite.
Term: February 1, 2027, or later upon authorization, through January 31, 2028.
