Products: Office desks, seating, tables, storage, and modular workstations; ancillary and specialized furniture may be quoted by available subcategory. The standard office and systems furniture lot requires all listed subcategories.
Pricing: Provide a current catalog link and discounts of at least 40% off published list prices, fixed for two years plus three optional one-year renewals. Quantities will vary by order.
Standards and warranty: ANSI/BIFMA commercial durability standards, CAL TB 117-2013 for upholstered materials, and a minimum five-year parts and labor warranty from acceptance.
Delivery: Within 120 calendar days of each order; include freight and inside delivery for orders of $500 or more.
Optional services: Quote installation and design labor rates and discounts separately, along with relocation mileage rates and daily storage rates after 90 days, if offered.
