Testing: Collect three scale samples, one per boiler location, and obtain accredited laboratory composition testing. Base initial pricing on calcium carbonate scale.
Cleaning: Provide chemical descaling using monitored closed-loop circulation, flushing, neutralization, and passivation of carbon steel waterside surfaces while protecting base metal.
Included costs: Labor, onsite supervisor, chemicals, circulation equipment, containment, spent-solution neutralization and disposal, and post-cleaning inspection with photos.
Scheduling and pricing: Clean one boiler at a time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., coordinated with plant shutdowns. Itemize per-boiler pricing by location, sample collection, and laboratory testing.
