Cleaning: Floors, appliance exteriors, accessible walls and doors, kitchen and bathroom sanitation, assigned porches/steps/sidewalks, and removal of cleaning-generated waste.
Additional services: Quote heavy/restorative cleaning per unit and additional labor hourly, subject to prior approval.
Resident training: Quarterly on-site housekeeping workshops with demonstrations, hands-on activities, and practical checklists; quote per session, with separate rates for individual/small-group sessions and any separately priced materials.
Scheduling: Cleaning Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; workshops may require evenings. Acknowledge requests within one business day and coordinate scheduling within two business days.
