Services: Supply and maintain containers; provide collection, hauling, disposal, recycling, and food and green waste processing, starting January 1, 2027.
Container sizes: Quote waste bins in 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 20 cubic yards; recycling bins in 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 cubic yards; and organics containers in 2 cubic yards and 64 gallons.
Scheduling: Price 1–5 pickups weekly, with site-specific schedules and reduced service during school breaks. Collections near residences must occur after 7:00 a.m.
Special services: Include separate rates for extra pickups, roll-off containers, recycling compactors, temporary bins, additional cleaning, and lock or lid replacement. The site schedule also includes smaller bins and 25–40 cubic-yard roll-offs.
Maintenance and reporting: Include annual container cleaning, repairs or replacement generally within 48 hours, organics tracking, and basic sorting signage.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive monthly rates per container by size and pickup frequency, including labor, equipment, containers, maintenance, hauling, and processing. Final site quantities and schedules are subject to confirmation.
