Hosting: Use the client’s AWS ECS Fargate hosting with PostgreSQL and provide CloudFormation templates for installation.
Connections: Connect to entity, revenue, and SDWIS data through REST APIs; support OH|ID SSO/Active Directory, delegated account access, existing PIN signatures, and ePayment.
Features: Provide online forms, bulk uploads, immediate data checks, automatic calculations, invoices, certificates, and review and approval steps; meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements and support CROMERR-compliant reporting.
Data transfer: Map old data, including more than 3 million service line records, and provide field matching guides, SQL scripts, and instructions for the client to transfer it.
Delivery: Start with wastewater and drinking water reporting, provide a phased timeline, training and launch support, and include annual maintenance covering 600 hours; remote work is allowed.
