Functionality: Electronic applications, internal and multi-site/external reviews, study modifications and renewals, adverse event reporting, meeting management, automated notifications, and configurable workflows and reports.
Implementation: Migrate and validate legacy Huron Zipline records, documents, workflow history, and audit data; provide user and administrator training.
Access and integrations: Shibboleth or Entra ID SSO with MFA, configurable user roles, external user access, documented APIs, and open-format data imports and exports.
Security and accessibility: U.S. data hosting, encryption, current SOC 2 Type II documentation, audit logging, and WCAG 2.2 AA conformance with a current VPAT/ACR.
Service and pricing: Minimum 99% monthly uptime, 24/7 critical incident support, and itemized implementation, migration, integration, annual licensing, and support costs.
