What the job is
Testing: Category 5 testing for applicable traction elevators per ASME A17.1 and SPS 318, including test equipment, tags, and completed inspection forms. Please provide pricing per elevator test.
Winter rope replacement: Supply 18 PAWOF3 ropes, each 200 feet long, 1/2-inch diameter, and 22K strength, for three West Tower elevators during winter break 2026–27. Quote delivery and turnkey installation separately.
Ongoing rope replacement: Quote six-rope sets and installation separately for South and North Tower elevators, with anticipated replacements approximately every 18 months across nine elevators.
On-call repairs: Troubleshooting, controls and drive setup, motor and cable replacement, and software upgrades by licensed, manufacturer-trained and authorized personnel.
Pricing: Provide licensed mechanic straight-time, overtime, and weekend rates plus the parts markup cap. Include travel, mobilization, tools, delivery, and parking; no minimum service charge.
Service term: Three years with two one-year renewals. Regular service hours are Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–5 p.m.; service must begin within three days of a call unless otherwise agreed.
