Equipment: Traction and hydraulic elevators, dumbwaiters, stage lifts, and wheelchair/platform lifts.
Coverage: One year of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, routine repairs, replacement parts, inspections, and required safety testing. Include repairs and vandalism coverage up to $2,000.
Maintenance: Minimum one hour per elevator monthly and 30 minutes per dumbwaiter or accessibility lift monthly, plus daily maintenance pricing for downtown locations.
Staffing: Three dedicated Florida-certified, Motion Controls-trained mechanics during normal hours, with two alternate mechanics and 24/7 dispatch. Service center must be within 50 miles of downtown Tampa.
Response: On-site response within one hour for entrapments and emergencies; two hours for normal daytime calls and after-hours callbacks.
Pricing: Provide maintenance pricing by unit, standard and overtime labor rates, and parts markup capped at 10%. Identify exclusions and separately priced testing.
