Equipment: Install a non-proprietary hydraulic power unit with submersible pump and motor, microprocessor controller, hall fixtures, car operating panel, and traveling cable.
Safety: Include emergency lowering, fire recall, 4/5G cellular emergency communication, red/green door detection indicators, and an integrated pit flood alarm with audible/visual alerts and panel indicator.
Cab: Replace wall panels, handrails, ceiling with LED lighting, and flooring.
Reuse: Retain existing jack and packing, buffers, guide rails, door sills/tracks, specified piping and couplings, car platform/enclosure, pit ladder, and door operator.
Turnkey completion: Include site protection, demolition, equipment and hydraulic fluid disposal, code compliance, testing, inspections, commissioning, documentation, and diagnostic laptop/software.
Schedule and warranty: Complete within 180 calendar days; provide at least a one-year parts and labor warranty.
