Scope: Diagnostics, preventive maintenance, repairs and replacement of refrigeration, HVAC, pumps, motors, compressors, controls, and detention doors, gates and locking systems.
Term: Three years of as-needed service, with two optional one-year extensions; no guaranteed work volume.
Response: Acknowledge requests within two hours and arrive on site within four hours, including weekends and holidays.
Staffing: Refrigeration, HVAC and mechanical work must use your own W-2 employees; only detention security hardware and controls may use one named subcontractor. Site security clearance and tool-control requirements apply.
Pricing: Include all-inclusive labor pricing for regular, overtime and holiday work, applicable prevailing wages, a Grainger parts discount of at least 10%, and markup for non-Grainger parts.
Warranty: One-year warranty on completed repairs and replacement parts.
