Installation: Provide new heating and cooling equipment, associated ductwork, hydronic and refrigerant piping, VAV terminals, and exhaust systems per drawings.
Controls: Install a new DDC building automation system with touchscreen panels, control wiring, sensors, and a laptop workstation.
Associated work: Include equipment pads, electrical connections, roof sealing, and restoration of affected finishes; maintain existing roof warranties.
Temporary heat: Provide heating as needed to maintain a minimum building temperature of 50°F during replacement.
