What they need

LaborProvide hourly rates for movers, packers, supervisors, drivers, and furniture technicians where applicable, with separate business-hours and after-hours/weekend rates. Include applicable carpenter and electrician markups over prevailing wages for assembly services.
Trucks and storageQuote hourly truck rates excluding drivers for 14–17 ft and 18–24 ft box trucks, plus 24-hour storage rates for up to three nights in secure, weather-protected trucks.
Equipment and suppliesInclude standard moving tools and protective equipment in rates; itemize cartons, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, and specialty equipment charges.
QualificationsValid Washington UTC permit, at least five years of company experience, and permanent key personnel with at least three years of experience who can pass background checks. An on-site supervisor is required throughout each move.
Pricing periodProvide rates valid for the first 12 months.
