Scope: Move furniture, file cabinets, computers, office equipment, appliances, records, and cubicles, including moves within buildings. Provide packing, labeling, labor, trucks, equipment, and protective materials as needed.
Schedule: Five-year service period anticipated July 1, 2027–June 30, 2032; availability seven days a week, 7:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m.
Staffing and protection: Provide experienced, background-checked crews and at least one supervisor per move; protect buildings and insure moved items at full replacement cost. Subcontracting is not permitted.
Pricing: Include regional labor, truck, equipment, packing supply, and overnight storage rates. Separate regular, overtime, and Sunday/holiday labor rates; exclude travel to the pickup site and return travel after completion. Union-required moves need individual, all-inclusive flat-rate quotes.
Rate commitment: Rates must remain firm for the first three years.
