Schedule: Availability seven days a week, 7:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m., for a five-year term anticipated to begin July 1, 2027.
Crew and coverage: Background-checked personnel, at least one supervisor per move, and coverage for items at 100% replacement cost.
Additional services: Quote packing containers, secure overnight storage per square foot, disposal at cost, and carpentry or electrical assistance when needed.
Pricing: Provide itemized labor, equipment, and supply rates, excluding travel to the pickup site and from the final destination. Union labor moves require project-specific, all-inclusive flat pricing. Rates must remain firm for the first three years, subject to applicable wage adjustments.
