Scope: Transport, deliver, pick up, relocate, assemble, disassemble, and install furniture and equipment, including Haworth, CALCTRA, and All Steel modular furniture systems. Provide all labor, trucks, tools, and packing supplies.
Handling and storage: Move items over 100 pounds and navigate up to three flights of stairs. Provide secure, lockable storage with the first 24 hours included at no charge.
Schedule: As-needed services over 36 months, anticipated to start January 2027, with no guaranteed volume. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m. Pacific, with occasional weekend or holiday work.
Qualifications: C-61/D-34 license, five years of relevant experience, and a business or dispatch facility within 50 miles of the Sacramento address above.
Pricing: Provide regular and overtime hourly rates for trucks with one or two movers, additional movers, and modular furniture installers; weekly cart, box, and tote rental rates; and monthly vault and per-square-foot racking rates. Rates must remain fixed for 36 months and reflect applicable prevailing wages.
