What the job is
Landscape upkeep: Weed and rake beds, prune shrubs and plantings, rejuvenate soil, apply weed control and fertilizer, and remove landscape waste, including disposal fees.
Tree care: Annual winter pruning and supplemental pruning as needed.
Irrigation: Spring activation, fall winterization and drainage, regular inspections, and Rain Bird wireless system management using vendor-provided devices. Quote nonroutine repairs separately.
Access: Coordinate interior work with facilities staff and provide fall protection for elevated and balcony planters using the installed tie-off system.
Service term: January 1, 2027–December 31, 2029, with two optional one-year extensions.
Pricing: Provide a fixed monthly price including labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and disposal, plus an hourly rate for additional work. Include King County prevailing wages and exclude sales tax.
