Weed and pest control: Twice-yearly pre-emergent applications with blue dye, ongoing weed control, and pest treatment as needed.
Irrigation: Inspections every two weeks, ongoing maintenance, and repairs within two days. Include repair labor, PVC pipe, fittings, and routine parts; selected major components are supplied.
Additional service: Weekly pressure washing of approximately 440 square feet of sidewalks and parking-adjacent concrete at 975 E. Armstrong Way.
Qualifications: Arizona A-21 or K-21 license, certified pesticide applicators, an ISA Certified Arborist or Certified Tree Worker, and a Phoenix-area business location with at least two consecutive years of local operations.
Pricing: Provide tax-inclusive monthly and annual pricing by site or service area for a one-year term, separate pre-emergent pricing, and hourly rates for extra work. Include labor, equipment, materials, and off-site debris disposal.
