Staffing: At least three crew members for eight hours each weekly, plus two additional crew members for two eight-hour visits per quarter.
Landscape care: Weekly weed, litter, and animal waste removal; turf care; quarterly shrub pruning and above-ditch maintenance; tree trimming maintaining 6 ft. 6 in. pedestrian and 13 ft. roadway clearance; twice-yearly open-area clearing and fertilization.
Irrigation: Maintain six Calsense CS3000 controllers and associated systems, with weekly alert checks, monthly testing, programming, and minor repairs up to $500.
Cleaning: Clean V ditches weekly in fall/winter and monthly in spring/summer, with post-storm inspections; maintain walkways, one bus shelter, one trash can, and five dog waste stations, including bag refills.
Coordination: Monthly and quarterly maintenance reports and monthly one-hour virtual meetings.
Site visit: Mandatory November 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at Barnrock Drive and Hayward Boulevard, Hayward, California.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive annual price, weekly labor hours, and hourly rates for irrigation, tree work, general labor, and pesticide application. Include all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and disposal.
