CoverageApproximately 5.5 acres of remote sites and 22.5 acres of main facilities.
ScheduleApproximately 25 weekly visits from mid-April through late October, weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Old Cattail Pump Station requires approximately 12 visits, every other week.
MaintenanceMow and trim to 3–4 inches, edge paved areas as needed, remove trash and branches before mowing, and clean up and dispose of debris.
PricingProvide weekly rates by site, an hourly rate for additional landscaping, and a per-acre rate for additional mowing and weed eating. Include labor, supervision, equipment, fuel, transportation, and disposal.
Tree removalProvide per-tree rates for trees over 2 but under 12 inches in diameter, over 12 but under 24 inches, and fallen trees over 24 inches; diameter measured 4 feet above ground.
