AreaApproximately 1.91 acres, including both sides of fencing.
ScopeMowing, edging, trimming around structures and obstacles, litter pickup before and after mowing, and debris disposal at a designated on-site location. Clear grass clippings from sidewalks, steps, walkways, and parking areas.
Cut heightMaintain a uniform height of 1.5–3 inches, as directed.
ScheduleAs needed, approximately every other week, with an estimated 14 visits annually. Respond within 72 hours of notification; work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, completing each visit the same day.
Term and pricingOne year with four optional annual renewals. Provide a price per complete mowing visit covering all labor, equipment, and listed services.
