Special scheduling: Designated pool areas must be completed by 6:45 a.m. during June–July; dog parks have specific weekday service windows.
Seasonal work: Include scalping and overseeding pricing for designated areas, with weekly winter mowing of overseeded turf.
Qualifications: Minimum five years of relevant experience, C-21 landscape licensing, B-3 and B-5 pest management licensing, and a dedicated field supervisor.
Pricing: Provide per-mow pricing by location for a one-year service period, plus rates for additional mowing, overseeding, and extra landscape work.
