What they need

Service periodJanuary 1–December 31, 2027. Include all labor, equipment, materials, and disposal.
Mowing and trimmingWeekly April–October, estimated at 31 visits per site; maintain grass at 2–6 inches and trim around buildings and fixed features. Cover designated roadsides, parking areas, shorelines, and fishing access paths.
Site exceptionsMow and trim around Oak Grove's drain pond every two weeks. At Scruggs, mow trail embankments monthly and maintain a 2-foot strip from the trail edge weekly.
Litter removalPick up and dispose of all visible litter, trash, and debris weekly year-round, including 21 off-season visits per site.
MulchingSupply and install brown shredded hardwood mulch, 2–3 inches deep, throughout Oak Grove's designated filtration area once in spring.
Work hoursMonday–Friday, 7 a.m.–8 p.m.; no weekends or observed holidays.
PricingProvide separate weekly in-season and off-season rates for each site, plus annual Oak Grove mulching pricing. Sites are publicly accessible for inspection.
