Service period: November 16, 2026–November 15, 2027.
Roadsides and facility grounds: Approximately 30 mowing cycles annually, including trimming, edging, weed control, debris pickup, and clipping disposal. Maintain turf at 3.5 inches, or 4 inches in July–August; complete roadside mowing within three consecutive weekdays and facility mowing within two.
Schools: Four campuses with approximately 30 mowing cycles annually, completed within two consecutive working days per cycle. Include fertilization, weed control, pruning up to 12 feet, spring cleanup, hardwood mulching to 2.5–3 inches, and three seasonal leaf cleanups.
Cemetery: Approximately 10 acres with 30 mowing cycles at a 3–4-inch cutting height, 39,000 linear feet of trimming around headstones, edging, hard-surface weed control, and two leaf removals.
Snow removal: As-needed plowing and snow/ice removal from streets, parking lots, sidewalks, ramps, and entrances, including off-site relocation of excess snow. Provide hourly plow and shoveling rates and material markup.
Pricing: Quote any service group you can fully cover, with per-cycle or per-service pricing and annual totals; price school campuses separately. Include labor, equipment, materials, and disposal. Chemical applications require licensed applicators.
