Weed control: Treat all turf for broadleaf weeds, apply spring crabgrass prevention, and maintain weed-free beds and edged tree rings. Chemical applications require licensed personnel.
Fall cleanup: Clean grounds once monthly in October and November, remove autumn leaves from beds, and haul maintenance debris off-site daily.
Additional services: Provide hourly rates for shrub and evergreen pruning twice per season, spring bed pre-emergent treatment, and pruning trees under 8 inches in trunk diameter as requested. Include pricing for spring cleanup when requested.
