Shrub and hedge trimming: Two services annually, one in spring and one in fall, including removal of cuttings.
Retention ponds: Maintain two pond areas, including mowing, trimming, vegetation control, and debris removal. Quote six monthly visits from April–September; specifications also require quarterly minimum service. Keep clippings and debris out of ponds and drains.
Pricing: Provide separate per-visit rates for lawn cutting, shrub trimming, and retention pond maintenance, including all labor, equipment, and disposal.
Mandatory site visit: October 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the service address; attendance and sign-in are required.
Insurance: Minimum $500,000 liability coverage with $250,000 per occurrence; include proof of coverage or an insurer's letter of intent.
