Erosion control: Dry seed, hydromulch, and hydroseed, each covering 102,611 square feet; include two mobilizations. Apply Type 1 hydroseed between October 1 and January 31.
Irrigation: Check and test existing facilities, including leaks, components, electrical continuity, and controller communications.
Site protection: Include 72 temporary drainage inlet protections, site management, and water pollution control.
Traffic control: Include eight construction area signs, a traffic control system, and 34 vehicle-days of stationary impact attenuator coverage; provide bicycle flagging and escorts during shoulder closures.
