Term: Five years of as-needed support, with assignments and schedules defined as needs arise.
Project reviews: Support application development, workshops, technical assistance, review and scoring for small stormwater treatment projects and larger regional treatment systems.
Technical analysis: Evaluate drainage areas, transportation-related pollution, pollutant reduction, BMP performance and cost effectiveness; validate Orange County Stormwater Tools inputs and results.
Ongoing support: Review project changes, completed projects and final reports; update technical guidance and prepare technical documentation.
Pricing: Provide fully burdened hourly rates by staff role for each year from 2027 through 2031, plus itemized direct expenses, on a time-and-materials basis.
