Sweeping: Three times weekly on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays using truck-mounted equipment; trailer-mounted equipment is not permitted. Include parking areas, driveways, walkways, entries, dumpster enclosures, patios, drain clearing, manual debris pickup, and oil cleanup with environmentally safe absorbent.
Pressure washing: Monthly on the first Sunday, using your own water source. Include paved areas, sidewalks, curbs, entries, dumpster enclosures, building walls, overhangs, eaves, columns, and applicable carports, benches, receptacles, and patios.
Service hours: 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., subject to local noise restrictions.
Disposal: Haul all trash and debris offsite; keep debris out of drains and landscaping.
Term and pricing: 36 months, with a proposed March 1, 2027 start. Provide separate monthly prices for sweeping and pressure washing, including labor, equipment, materials, travel, disposal, and taxes.
