Routine cleaning: Trash and recycling removal, dusting, high-touch disinfection, restroom cleaning and restocking, and floor care.
Specialty services: Carpet extraction, hard-floor stripping and refinishing, blinds and windows, light fixtures, pressure cleaning using equipment rated at least 3,500 PSI, and electrostatic spraying.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays; daytime and nighttime staffing as needed. Facility sizes and specific schedules will vary by site.
Supplies: Include all equipment, cleaning products, liners, paper products, soap, and other consumables.
Pricing: Provide county-specific rates by space and service type, with labor priced separately for day porters, night porters, and supervisors, for an initial five-year period and optional five-year renewal.
