Routine cleaning: 42 shelters serviced five times weekly each (210 total weekly cleanings), plus daily cleaning and restroom restocking at both transfer centers. Include trash removal, disinfecting, glass cleaning, sweeping, and gum removal.
Pressure washing: Weekly hot-water washing at a minimum 3,000 PSI, covering shelters, trash cans, and at least 10 feet around shelters. Supply water and contain runoff.
Graffiti removal: Remove upon discovery, within 72 hours maximum, and restore affected surfaces.
Snow and ice: Maintain safe surfaces throughout storms, including before 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. peak periods. For pricing, allow 70 events annually per shelter and eight months of snow service at each transfer center.
Service support: Include all labor, equipment, consumables, GPS vehicle tracking, photo reporting, 24/7 supervisor availability, and one-hour correction of reported deficiencies.
Pricing: Provide separate cleaning and snow rates by shelter group and transfer center for three years plus two optional one-year extensions. Include required insurance costs, including $5 million umbrella coverage.
