Routine cleaning: Clean offices, restrooms, showers, locker rooms, kitchens and common areas; vacuum and mop floors, sanitize surfaces, remove trash and replenish dispensers.
Frequency: Twice weekly for two buildings each at Palmyra, Rhoadesville, Gordonsville and Louisa, plus one at Zion; weekly for one additional building each at Louisa and Zion; twice monthly for Louisa's administration building; monthly for Ferncliff.
Deep cleaning: Twice yearly, clean windows inside and out, blinds and high surfaces; scrub floors and grout; strip and refinish tile with three coats; extract carpets. Include evening/weekend scheduling.
Supplies and equipment: Include all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning products and restroom consumables, with one month's consumable inventory maintained on-site.
Schedule and term: Routine service weekdays, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., for 12 months, with four optional annual renewals.
Pricing: Provide routine cleaning prices by location, separate semiannual cleaning prices and an hourly rate for additional emergency cleaning. Include fingerprint background-check costs for assigned staff.
