Schedule: Location-specific service ranging from twice weekly to daily, with day porter coverage at designated sites. Macon requires Monday–Friday porter service, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., and evening cleaning beginning at 6 p.m.
Periodic work: Carpet shampooing, floor buffing, stripping and waxing, interior window cleaning, and high dusting according to each site's schedule.
Supplies and equipment: Include all labor, commercial equipment, cleaning products, trash liners, restroom consumables, and entrance mats. Use microfiber mops and neutral pH7 tile cleaner without alcohol or peroxide.
Staffing: Background-checked personnel, backup coverage, and at least three years of custodial experience.
Pricing: Provide separate monthly and annual rates for each location quoted, including all supplies and expenses.
