Term: One year starting approximately March 22, 2027, with four optional annual renewals.
Schedule: Site-specific service ranging from 1–7 days per week, including daytime, evening, and weekend work. Park restroom services are seasonal, March 1–December 1.
Routine cleaning: Trash and recycling removal, restroom cleaning and restocking, floor care, dusting, glass cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and exterior litter removal within 10 feet of buildings.
Periodic cleaning: Monthly detailed cleaning and restroom floor scrubbing; quarterly carpet extraction; VCT top scrubbing at least twice yearly; interior and exterior window washing twice yearly.
Equipment and supplies: Provide labor, equipment, tools, and cleaning implements. Cleaning chemicals, liners, paper products, and restroom consumables are supplied on-site.
Walkthrough: Mandatory meeting and site visits on October 29, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m. at Emmitsburg Library, 300 S Seton Avenue, Emmitsburg, Maryland 21727.
