Service term: December 1, 2026–November 30, 2027, with 52 weekly visits per location. Include all labor, equipment, materials, travel, disposal, and applicable prevailing wages.
Weekly maintenance: Mow, edge, prune, weed, maintain turf, shrubs, ground cover, xeriscape, and slopes; control pests as needed; remove debris and weeds from paved surfaces.
Irrigation: Inspect weekly, adjust schedules and coverage, and include sprinkler head and riser repairs with labor and materials. Price other authorized irrigation repairs separately.
Seasonal work: Fertilize applicable areas in April and October; replace mulch annually at applicable locations and all streetcar planters; inspect drainage semiannually. Include separate pricing for Newport Beach drainage cleanouts and as-needed agave removal with root removal, disposal, and backfill.
Qualifications: California C-27 license, Maintenance Gardener Pest Control Business License, QAL with Category B, and ISA Certified Arborist. Streetcar crews must complete four-hour roadway worker training and annual renewal.
