Park concepts: Research existing conditions and prior planning; develop at least two pre-design concepts for the approximately 20-acre Immersive Nature District.
Connectivity design: Develop at least three concepts, validate existing Airport Avenue plans, survey 25th Street, and prepare engineering, landscape, and construction documents for the preferred approach, including plan-check revisions.
Community engagement: Support up to four events with at least four team members per event; provide English and Spanish materials, setup, breakdown, and summaries.
Estimates and reporting: Estimate two park concepts and the preferred connectivity design, refine a $4 million connectivity construction scope, and prepare a final report with graphics.
Mandatory site walk: October 20, 2026, 10:00–11:00 a.m., starting at Clover Park tennis courts, 2600 Ocean Park Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90405, along 25th Street.
