InvestigationsTopographic survey, utility investigation with up to five potholes, geotechnical investigation, environmental documentation, and water quality and permitting support.
DeliverablesFinal concept, four renderings, and 60%, 90%, and final construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates; bidding and construction support; and record drawings.
CoordinationCoordinate with the separate building renovation design and phase work to keep portions of the park open. Include appropriately licensed California professionals and experienced skatepark and public art designers.
PricingProvide hours, rates, expenses, and a not-to-exceed fee by task, with assumptions for meetings, site visits, and construction support.
